Creating a extended partition on a Windows 2003 Server

Dear Experts,
I have  5 TB of space on a Windows 2003 server and i am trying to create an extended partion on this, when i right click on the disk and choose create new partition, it only gives me the option of Primary Partition, the option for extended partion and local drive a are grayed out, how do i make it extended partition?

On the same server i have another disk with 5 GB and it allows me to use the with the option of Extended Partition. The only difference between the 5 TB disk and 5 GB disk i see is in the properties where it say the 5 GB disk is shown as Partition Style: GUID Partition Table and the 5 TB one is showing  Partition Style: Master Boot Recored (MBR).

Please advice!

Apologies, it does'nt have to be under Oracle at all, just that i am doing this for ASM i might have placed it there.  It is a RAID 5 ,  and already has a primary.
sdstuber is right but fdisk doesn't have a greaphical user interface, I would seriously recommend using acronis or some other software which will automate the process for you if you are unsure:
