When will Microsoft stop supporting Exchange Server 2003?

I am about to install Exchange Server 2003 into my small business network so we can get away from having Google handle our email. At least once a week we are finding another email address that we could previously communicate with that we no longer have the ability to due to "unknown recipient". I have had trouble tickets open with Google for weeks now. Every time I inquire about an update I am assured they are "working on it". Regardless, that is unimportant to this question... :)

I do not want to install Server 2007 because we have several nice servers sitting around being unused at the moment, all with x32 processors. I do not want to buy a x64 processor just to install Server 2007. But at the same time, I do not want to start getting dependent on Exchange 2003 if Microsoft is going to stop supporting/manufacturing it soon. I just received word today that Microsoft is going to stop manufacturing WinXP as of June 30.
