Forwarding sender emails to multiple users

I have a list of about 30 external email address that i want to filter when they come in and forward to multiple users in the organization.  How can I do this without creating seperate rules under each account on exchange?

Put all those external contacts on a distribution list, create another distribution list for the internal users that you want to forward and using outlook create a new rule, that any incoming mail from the distribution list should be forwarded to the internal distribution list.
There is no way that I can think of with native tools that will do what you want. I presume that you don't want to tell the sender to use another address?

The only way would be via a transport sink which triggers on the inbound messages and then distributes the messages. That would be a pain to manage as every time an address changes the sink would have to be modified. A transport sink is basically a little piece of code.

You might find a third party tool that does the same thing, but I haven't seen one (that isn't to say it doesn't exist or isn't a part of a larger application).

Oh forgot, do not forget to mail enable the distribution list, so they will appear in the GAL.
