<0> kernel panic -not syncing : attempted to kill the idle task.

Hello everybody,

i don't know what's happened,but when i've rebooted debian 4.0,i've seen the following error message :

<0> kernel panic -not syncing : attempted to kill the idle task.

and i cannot login into the system anymore

This error message happens in single user mode,too.
Please,i don't want to reinstall everything,please help me.

I'm not positive but you might be able to use one of the minimal ones for this.

Can you the 5 lines above the kernel panic as well? Also if you use GRUB, press E before selecting Debian in the boot loader and post here what it says there.

i've made a fresh installation of debian,but i will you points anyway for your help.
