How can I support 2 domain names in Exchange?

We are trying to support 2 domain names: DOMAIN1 (old) and DOMAIN2 (new). The FQDN is mail.domain1. Sender with Domain2 PRIMARY received NDR #5.5.0 smtp;550-Verification failed. Are 2 FQDN' supported?  What can I do to support both domain names (w/o receiving NDR's)?  Thanks

you need to have all the nessary DNS enteries to point to the exchange server and then you need to setup a recipent polycy in exchange so that it knows to accept mail for the domain

The Recipient Policy was updated long ago for both domains.  Domain1 is still the Primary.

Full NDR:
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.
            <mail.DOMAIN1 #5.5.0 smtp;550-Verification failed for <USER@DOMAIN2>>
have you got your dns set up correctly for domain that is failing? you have a PTR record?
