Cannot create file: voicemail.wav

We are using Cisco Unified Messaging which forwards the voicemail message to the user's exchange account. When the user tries to open the attachment file he gets one of the following three errors:

When the user tries to open any .wav file that is attached to an email they
get "Cannot create file: voicemail.wav. Right-click the folder you want to
create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder"

When they try to copy any .wav attachment to a file outside of outlook they
get "Cannot save the attachment. Cannot create file: voicemail.wav.
Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click
Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."

When they right-click and then preview any .wav attachment they get "This
file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following previewer:
Windows Media Player Rich Preview Handler to open this file in it's own
program double-click it.

All other attachments can be opened without problem.
