I am trying to install windows server 2003 sp2 admin tools pack on a windows 2003 x64 bit server. &nbsp;I keep getting the errror message &quot;the windows installer service cannot update one or more protect windows files&quot; &nbsp;When I check the event logs I see the error: -<br />
