Remote Web Workplace - Connect to my computer at work - Not working for one IE7 user

I have one user that is having problems connecting to her work computer from home using Remote Web Workplace.  I have been able to connect to her computer from my home using her login credentials and another user has been able to as well.  The user having the problem is using IE7 to connect.  When she selects her computer from the connection list she receives a dialog box titled - Remote Desktop Connection with a message asking if she trusts the computer she is trying to connect to with our external IP address listed.  There is also a section titled login credentials with her domain/username filled in plus a section about using a clipboard.  When she clicks OK to connect she gets a VB Script error message.  I have never seen this Remote Desktop Connection message and I have used IE7 to connect to computers at work many times.  Does anyone know what program is generating this message?  It looks like a type of Windows security message.

Please post the message
I think its something to do with IE advance settings. In IE go to Tools>Internet Options, then look at the Security and/or Advanced tab page - you probably need to enable some settings. Best way is to compare settings with your computer.

Finally, here is the message I'm receiving.  It is titled "Remote Desktop Connection".  Below this is the message "Do you the trust the computer you are connecting to?"  The Windows security shield is to the left of this message.
Next is: "Before connecting to the following remote computer, verify that you trust the computer to have access to your credentials and connected devices."
Then:  "Name of the remote comuter: (Our IP address)."
Then a section titled "Credentials" with the message: "password for domain/username"
Then a section titled "Connected devices"  with the message "Changes to these options apply to this connection only."  Below the message is a clipboard and a box that is checked that says "Allow access to your local clipboard"
Then: "Important: Verify that the settings being used for this connection are coming from a trusted source." "Do you wish to continue and connect to this computer?"

When I say yes I get the following VBScipt: Remote Desktop Disconnected message:
The client could not connect to the remote computer.  Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.  It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection.  Please ty connecting again later.  If the problem continues to occu, contact your administrator.

I've tried not checking the allow access to your local clipboard box and I still get the same VBScript error.

The user is running Windows XP Home SP2.
I'm not so sure the Remote Desktop Connection message is the problem.  I have another user who says they are getting the same message and they are able to access their computer.  The biggest problem seems to be installing the ActiveX control required for RWW.  I reset the IE7 security settings to the default level - medium-high.  I was able to then get a prompt to install the Active X control and I selected run but it would not install.  It just kicked me back to the list of computers, I would then select one, get the prompt it again, tell it to install, but the same thing happened.  I then closed IE7 and went back into it and tried again.  I got the "this portion of Remote Web Workplace....." ActiveX message but I didn't get the yellow bar prompt at the top to install the ActiveX control.  It just kicked me back to the Connect to my computer at work screen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm truly stumped.
Add the site address to the trusted sites list on the security tab in 'Internet Options'

You have said you connected to her computer, but can you confirm other users can connect to the RWW site?

The message you are getting;

The client could not connect to the remote computer.  Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.  It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection.  Please ty connecting again later.  If the problem continues to occu, contact your administrator.

To me this is indicating a possible firewall error, probably ports not forwarded correctly.

Review the list of ports required in the article below;
