Using Outlook to schedule rooms so they are not double booked

We are in a church.  We have several rooms for use for meetings, etc.  We need to schedule meetings and reserve rooms for those meetings and prevent others from booking the same room at the same time.

I have just begun my online search, but I like to post here first.

Can I do this and how?

Thank you.

Cliff

That will work as well, although i personally prefer the autoaccept agent. if you only have 1 or 2 rooms/resources then the outlook option may be quicker/easier, if you have quite a few, give the agent a go.

Good luck!
