Deleting file on network drive doesn't go to recycle bin
I'm not sure if this is afeature but i thought that deleting (not Shift-Del) a file that exists on a network drive is permanently deleted (after prompting the user).

If you are "deleting" this file from your desktop system then KCTS is correct.
