After digging into this more I have some more questions. The requirements from the trading partner state that we need to produce a document feed that consists of a control file and document files. The control file can be either a csv or xml file. The document files can be either a word doc, pdf, tif or text file?

I need to be able to automate the process of producing the document feed and the FTP it over to a FTP server.

I have been looking at XMLSpy to see if I can use that to do this.

Anyone have any input about the best way to do this?
