Outlook 2007, multiple domains with one mailbox?

I have to set up a laptop, running Vista Busines, to access two different networks/domains.  The guy needs to use his laptop at two completely seperate companies.  I know there are products out there than can help to deal with switching between two sets of network settings (they use DHCP, we use static IPs).  Both networks are using Exchange 2003, with Outlook 2007 for the client.
I have two initial problems:
1) I don't know how to join two different domains so that the user doesn't have to re-join every time. This is my first encounter with Vista, which doesn't help.
2) The user would like to have one mailbox to receive all mail into.  I've no idea if this is even possible or if there is some kind of work-around (maybe using web mail)?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.

If it is just mail, maybe you can set up POP3/SMTP for one of the servers.  You can give the NIC 2 IP addresses, so both servers can be accessed at once.
