asked on Block Incoming Emails at SMTP Level for certain addresses

I have SpamAssasin/Mailscanner/Po
Alot of emails with NDR are being sent to me to accounts that do not exist mostly adihk@mydomain.net
I did not send those emails for sure. But I need a way to block these emails from reaching my Exchange 2003 backend in one way or the other. High ranking SPAM is being deleted but around 20% of those messages goes through as clean email. To a catch all account that forwards them to another account.
This is really annoying. Why would the same message if sent twice once be marked as high ranking spam and another time marked as clean ?
