Problem with Outlook Web Access

When a user types in http://sbs.company.com it does not go anywhere, https://sbs.company.com the site goes to the internal sbs management site (regardles of user) and if you type in https://sbs.company.com/exchange it goes to the Outlook Web Access Site. I am wondering how I can redirect users who go to http:// and https://sbs.company.com to https://sbs.company.com/exchange. Thank you.
