Domain Password Policy

Hi
I have a policy which forces users to change their password every 30 days
I also have complex passwords enabled
However users are jus using Password1 Password2 and so  on is there a way to stop this without going third party
OS SecurityActive DirectoryWindows Server 2003

just thought i could stop users from using same password with different number

as you said..maybe there's a third party tool...but with microsoft ad i don't see any option!

There are third party tools such as http://www.specopssoft.com/products/specopspasswordpolicy/
or if you are a programmer (i'm not) you can write your own password filter
