Problems setting default home page with group policy

I have a customer that wants to have all users set to the same home page.  The home page is set in the default domain policy.  It will be set when the user first logs in or when you do a gpupdate.  Then after a certain period time it will set itself back to default, which is either msn.com or dell.com.  Any ideas of why this would happen?

Looks like there might be another group policy that has a home page set on it as well. Double check any other policies  that are set and verify that you don't have two home page policies set that are conflicting with one another. Also, make sure that the policy you want is applied to the Domain Users group.

I double checked and there are no other policies that are set with different homepages.

How do you make sure that the policy is applied to the Domain Users group?

In GPMC, check the policy and look at the first tab (Scope). It shows what OUs or Domains the policy can be linked to, or which groups or users the group policy applies to. How is this policy configured? What exactly do you have enabled.

What was set for all the GPO was Authenticated Users.  I added domain users and so far it has set.  We'll have to see if it goes back to the default this time.
