How to capture a print job before it goes to the printer and feed it to a text file?

Hi there, I have a bunch of computer running windows xp sp2 and an application that prints jobs to a laser printer we have.  Now what i would like to do is some how make the print jobs from this application go to a text file or some kind of file instead of a print out and I want this to work in such a way that the user doesn't have to do anything not even enter in a name for the file.  These windows xp systems are locked down so the users just use there program and thats it but i want to find a way to send the print job to a file that can be created and appended every time a print job is created.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

Mike
