Microsoft, Exchange OWA, 2007, Error Response 12031

The only explanation I can find is here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/193625/en-us
Which says that the connection with the server has been reset. What is weird is that it is only one user that cannot send e-mails but she can recieve them fine. They aren't going into the message queue on the exchange server as far as I can tell. Anyone else in the organization can send and recieve fine with Outlook 2003, 2007, or OWA. I don't understand why it is just her even when it is a different workstation. So it doesn't make sense to be a layer 1 problem for sure.  I don't know where to look next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this issue, and solution for me was disable auto check spelling in message, after it messages from problem user sended successful.

It doesn't even check spelling automatically in outlook web access. You have to click the icon to check it. Any other thoughts? Thanks
One user issue? There is only one fix as far as I am concerned - new account. Create a new account first and verify the problem doesn't follow. If it does not, then move all the data and settings to the new account, forward the old account to the new one and then hide the old account.

What do you mean by forward the old account to the new one and hide the old one?
What else can I say? I mean literally what I wrote.
Create new account.
Forward email from old account to new account.
Hide the old one from the GAL.

I'm sorry I don't think I was clear enough. I just ended up deleting her old ad account and then recreating it with the same permissions and now everything seems to work fine. I didn't really see the reason to forward the mail from one ad user to another? Sorry If I'm not making sense its been a rough morning/afternoon.
The reason you forward the account is because anyone who tries to reply to email the user sent, or use the auto complete menu will find that it doesn't work. By forwarding the old account to the new one you allow internal email to function correctly.

I am also objecting to the question being deleted. I suggested deleting the account in an earlier post.

If the account is deleted then there is nothing to forward. The mail comes in to the exchange 2007 and goes directly into her mailbox and because I deleted her old account it won't show up in the GAL anyways. I just don;t think its fair to give out the points when the whole reason I posted the question was to avoid deleting her account and having to move all her exchange settings. Deleting accounts just seems like a half ass job to me. I'd rather fix whats wrong without deleting things. If you still think you should have the points just say so. I just didnt think it was fair. I am sorry if it was offensive to request deletion of the question because I dont see how its going to help anyone else looking for this answer.

I think your last comment was actually the comment you should have made before because in my head before I wanted to "fix" it like you said you would of in the past but it would take too much time. You obviously have much more experience than me and therefore you know that it was just faster to recreate the account but I wanted to know why before I went deleting things. Thats why I didn't consider it an answer first. Sorry if it offended you. Thanks for the full explanation.
I for one am Glad these types of issues are recorded. At least I can trust 99.9% of what's posted here compared with having to weed through gobs of crap sites with 100 posts to a question and no answer or even a work-around.
