POP3 problems with non domain PC's

I have just set up SBS 2003. I have connected a PC to the domain and send email via exchange and receive emails via the POP3 connector. However there are a number of MCE PC's not connected to the domain but using SBS as the DHCP server. Since I have made this change I can't recieve POP3 emails via outlook but I can send them. Do I need to configure something? I guessed as outlook was just using a pop3 account it would bypass SBS. Thanks.

If you installed the isa server version you need to check the rules on it so that computers not on the domain are allowed to connect via pop3 port 110, sending is done via smtp and it uses a different port (25) so that may be the problem.
