How to configure Oracle Net for Data Guard Broker and RAC primary and Standby databases

Followed various documents published by Oracle - somewhat confused with how tnsnames.ora and listner.ora files should look like.
For db_name=test
db_unique_name=testp (primary) and tests (standby), two-node rac for primary and two-node rac for standby. If I wish to use the broker how should the tns files be configured? including the non-default local listeners.

Hello Virdi, thanks very much but I understand that for the data guard broker you need to set up specific services _DGMGRL etc, this is the area I seem to be getting confused with. Any ideas? with the example database I mentioned in the question?
Many thanks
