GW7 WebAccess user login screen has no graphics

Our GW6.5 upgraded to GW 7.03.  WebAccess login screen has initially no graphics.  When the user types in his username and password a message pops up "your login is not current. Please login again" After you close the message the login screen then displays correctly with all graphics and the user can login successfully.  This happens for all users everytime they try to use WebAccess

Ususally this means the session has expired

Try this though in Internet Explorer
Goto Tools -->  Internet Options --> Settings in Temporary Internet files section
Where it says "Check for newer versions of stored pages" select the first radio button "Every visit to the page."*
Click OK --> OK

This will force Internet Explorer to do a complete refresh every time it loads a page

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried this but did not help.  At the top of the screen it also says: "String table file not found: CssResources".   Any other thoughts?

Rerun the install, then copy the INDEX.HTML file into the nwdocs / htdocs folder.  Then add a redirect to your webaccess domain. It should work then.

Did any of these things work?  I'm having the same issue after upgrading to 7.03 from 6.54.

Thanks in advance.
