Problem - I re-initialized a drive in my boot container (container 0)

I stupidly  re-initialized a drive in my boot container (container 0) using the raid controller utilities in doing so I broke the 2 containers 0 and 1 which were my boot drive and my primary data and app drive.
The server won't boot and I need to restore the two containers as they were.

The two containers spanned 3 physical drives and all were working fine. They each had a 2 gig partition which was the boot partition and a 6.4 gig data partition.

Can I simply rebuild these raid 5 containers without losing all the data ? Basically I'd like a do over here.
