Simple problem loading page on windows system
Hey i've built a page at www.cameronvanhoy.net
I built it using dreamweaver on a mac book pro. When i view it on macs in either safari or moxillza it works great and on vista in I.E and firefox it works most of the time but sometimes the main page just shows up black on certain vista machines and the bottoms menu disapears.
Can you scan through the code on my main page quickly and tell me if i've built anything that would not be compatible with vista systems.
There is only about 30 lines of code on the main page with 2 vertical frames
Thank you

quick question. Since framesets are xmhtml should i save the index as index.xhtml cause currently its index.html
<<
No. The xhtml file doesn't need a unique extension or special processing by the server. The .html or .htm extension is find and normal. Depending on your server setup .xhtml may not even be allowed (as a web page) or recognized. :)
I'm glad I could help. Thanks for the grade, the points and the fun question.
