is there any way that i can setup a group policy to change the order of network binding in all the clients system

is there any way in group policy to change the network binding order for all the clients system

Built in, no.  The NIC configurations via GPO are very limited.  You maybe be able to use a script to enumerate the NICs and change it via script using a  Startup script on a computer based GPO.
