I saw the error message in the original posting.
However as you have provided no information about the environment that you are working with, whether this is a new installation or a migration, whether it has ever worked it is impossible to know what the issue is.
Would you ask a mechanic how to fix your car without telling them the make and model of the car?
Simon.

Sorry - we have recently migrated over from Exchange 2003 server to Exchange 2007 - all okay apart from this message which has always appeared and been a problem. Unfortunately we are unable to refer back to the old exchange server. The operating system is windows 2003 server. This message only appears on outlook 2007 - on 2003 this does not cause any error.. please let me know if you require any further info. Thanks.

We are using using both public folders and web distribution - I have taken a look through the url and have followed the instructions the best I can.
Do you have any other suggestions to try, as we are still expericing the problem.
Many Thanks
