Offline Address Book download most likely, although it would help if you posted the part of the log that shows the error.

However diagnosing the actual problem is impossible as you haven't provided any more information.

Hi,

This is the message we are recieving on all Outlook 2007 clients when exchange cache mode is enabled:

task "test@domain.co.uk" reported error (0x8004010F) : 'The operation failed. An object cannot be found.

Cheers
I saw the error message in the original posting.
However as you have provided no information about the environment that you are working with, whether this is a new installation or a migration, whether it has ever worked it is impossible to know what the issue is.

Would you ask a mechanic how to fix your car without telling them the make and model of the car?

Simon.

Sorry - we have recently migrated over from Exchange 2003 server to Exchange 2007 - all okay apart from this message which has always appeared and been a problem.  Unfortunately we are unable to refer back to the old exchange server.  The operating system is windows 2003 server.  This message only appears on outlook 2007 - on 2003 this does not cause any error..  please let me know if you require any further info. Thanks.

We are using using both public folders and web distribution - I have taken a look through the url and have followed the instructions the best I can.

Do you have any other suggestions to try, as we are still expericing the problem.

Many Thanks
