asked on External Email not coming in, What can I check to troubleshoot or how to troubleshoot?
Internal email and outgoing email is fine. Email just stopping coming in around 4pm yesterday. MX records look good. Not blacklisted. Exch database under the 18GB limit. I have restarted the server, as well as the Exchange services plus the Exch connectors. No errors on this server tying to this time estimate. Note: We do have SEP management console on the server and SEP client with A/V only installed on this server. There was a virus defn update right before no more email. I mention this because we have had many problems with SEP on SBS. I'm not sure if the two are related this time or not.

Hello All - Thank you for your comments and suggestions. It turned out that our 3rd party filtering solution had the problem! They resolved their problem about an hour ago, and email started coming in right away.
