Can a concentrator replace ISA 2004 and perform firewall duties?

Can a Cisco Concentrator 3000 replace my need for ISA 2004? What are the pros and cons of doing this?

So what is the best way for me to use a Concentrator for my VPN services yet still have a firewall?
RPPreacher

Use ISA for firewall (or any other firewall - PIX, sonicwall, whatever) and CVPN 3000 for VPN.

But, I have heard that ISA will not work with VPN.

Is that not true?

I know that ISA 2000 couldn't do it - I guess ISA 2004 can.

Do I just put the concentrator behind the ISA server an open the necessary ports/protocols?
