Exchange encryption for client

I have a client asking for us to encrypt e-mails going to and from our office to his using encryption keys and I'm not quite sure how to do that.

We purchased a key that's used when people access their e-mail account over the internet (OMA in ISS manager). Can that same key be used or is there something else we'd need to purchase.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks dworlton, I'll go over the other thread.

Another beginner question.

Currently this is just 1 client asking about this. Is there a way to set this up on a smaller scale where we can receive his encrypted e-mails but use a different process (like passwording a zip file) to return any information back to him?

Yeah, you could use a product like winzip to encrypt a zip file and send it, especially in the case of just one person and few interactions. Winzip's encrypted zip is effective for that.
