Sprint Air Card Locks Up My Laptop
I just obtained a Sprint Air Card. When trying to use it in my Gateway laptop, it causes the system to lock up. It is a PCICIMA card. If I plug a USB mouse in prior to starting the connection, it doesn't lock up. Without the USB mouse it locks after about 3-5 minutes everytime. Also, if I plug the mouse in AFTER it locks, the external mous works but the keyboard and touchpad are still locked up.
It appears to me to be a prot conflict. Anyone know how to fix it?

they share the sanem bus. Call your carrier and ask them for a different card . Sometimes you may have to go through 2.3 cards before you find one that will coexist with your usb devices.

Yeah, that's the same thing Sprint told me. I was hoping I could get some insight o how to assign IRQ's in Win XP and fix it that way.
