Is there Other Battery Works more ? Dell Inspiron 1520

Hello, I am using Dell Inspiron 1520. The battery works 2 or 3 hours in ( power saver ) mode. Is there other battery works more ? Some time I have many works and I can't charge it. I know that there is other solution that I buy the same battery to change it when it finished.
