Cross forest Exchange transition from 2003 to 2007- how do you move public folders
Hi,
I hope someone can assist.
I have successfull transitioned from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 cross forest, moving mailboxes via the exchange powershell.
However, does anyone know how to move public folder across forest from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007? Not much help on the internet.
Found this command but doesn't seem to work across forest:
moveallreplicas.ps1 Server Server01 -NewServer Server02
Thanks in advance.

Hiya, those were the exact links I was looking at before I entered this post. I tried the moveallreplicas command but it failed as it couldn't find any replicas. We only have one Exchange 2003 server with public folders (no replicas)- read all the above articles- tried inter org replication, PFDavAdmin to no avail.
But, I manged to get them across by exporting the public folder to pst and then opening them on a mailbox with full rights on Exchange 2007, and dragged them in- some fidling with permissions but worked. All the complicated stuff was a let down.
Thanks,
Chrissy

Sorry for the delay, I believe your way would have worked with some teaking but I was unable to configure the replicas across forests. Your way would have worked perfectly within the same forest. It was much easier exporting to pst and importing.
Thanks for your comments.
