asked on Dell Latitude 5150 not booting off AC power
I have a Dell Latitude 5150.
It has a problem where it only operates on battery power. If the AC power cord is connected it continues to run on battery power but does not charge the battery. It does not boot up with the AC power cord connected. Needless to say, I can only operate it by charging the battery externally.
Could you supply a solution to this problem?
