Require vbscript for AD record retrieval.

I am in search of documentation more over the code itself.  Basically I need to be able to develop a vbscript that will connect to the ADO Database in our Domain and retrieve user accounts that do not have the correct permissions for one of our admin security groups set in the security tab.  As I expressed, I cannot find any documentation online that not only shows the code but gives some explanation as to how to accomplish this also.. I am quite new to the environment and would like to use this exercise as a learning experience as apose to a cut and paste resolution.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.
