Hosted mail puts extension in front of email address and so mail is rejected
We have sbs exchange 2003 and our mail is hosted externally. Exchange uses pop connector to collect from a catch all account and deliver mail globally. Problem is hosts change addressed mail to 'alias -ourdomain-user@domain.com ' instead of user@domain.com. This mail then generates a non delivery as exchange is set to filter by recipients.
I could add this address manually to each user but I am thinking there must be a quicker way.
Any suggestions?
