Hi experts, <br />

I have Data protector Express 3.10 on a Proliant file Server. All is well, I'm putting a DR plan together though and wondering about the worst case sceanaro, a dead server, RAID array broken and data all lost. I get HP in and they replace the damaged hardware, I reinstall OS and then Data Protector.<br />

I do full backup of data shares every night so I get last nights tape out. &nbsp;Do I have to run the Import Media command and add the tape into the new catalog? Should I be backing up the catalog every night aswell as the data?<br />

Computer data storage, often called storage or memory, is a technology consisting of computer components and recording media used to retain digital data.
