We do have 3 switches behind the router / firewall.
Can I do it on the switch then ?
----------------
Just to explain the complete scenario :
We have 2 sites : Production & Internal
Production has 2 servers on which we want to restrict access so that only 5 XP machines can access them.
We have a PIX firewall at Production Site and Cisco Router 1841 series at Internal site.
Site to site VPN exists.
So my question is can I do it at the switches at the internal site? those are again cisco switches 2950 series

Sorry I'm no cisco man - I think you can do it.
In case there are problems you could set an IP filter on the server via IPSec
