I have created a shared task list by creating a user account and sharing that user's task list. I then sent out sharing invitations to all users so they can all see the same task list and everybody works off of this same list.
I then customized the column headings to show the type of data, i.e; Date Started, Assigned To, Completed Date, etc I wanted to be available to each user who connects to this shared task list. How can I have all users who connect to this shared task list to also see the same column headings? I know I can go to each user's Outlook, join the shared task list, then manually customize their column headings but I'm looking for the automated way.
