Installing Garageband in OS 10.4 without the original install discs

I need to re-install GarageBand, but I don't have my original OS X 10.4 install discs and can't find the backup copies. I have a ton of GarageBand work and need to get back to it.

I have tried the GarageBand 2.02 upgrade download from the Apple site, but it looks for the original Garageband files in the /Applications folder and will not install.

I sucessfuly restored Garageband before after my instrument files got corrupted when I added Symphony Orchestra Jam Pack, but I lost the info I had on restoring without the discs.

I'd appreciate any insight on how to get workign again in GarageBand!?!

System: PowerMac G4, 768MB RAM, OS 10.4
Mac OS XMultiMedia Applications

I'm not a Mac user but in windowsxp there is usually the MSI in the common files or temp folders.
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp
C:\Windows\Temp folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files
Most installers keep a local temp file  copy of it somewhere.
Hope it helps you

To clarify for any who are looking at my original question, I have lost my original OS X 10.4 install discs but want to find a way to re-install GarageBand 2.0x somehow.

I had to delete GarageBand 2 because my software instruments stopped working and it was having other problems as well.

Thanks, great simple solution! I have bids out on OS X 10.4.x discs, as low as $19.99. Almost considered buying OS 10.5 retail and adding the necessary RAM, but your idea was great and up to 80% off!
Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.
