Accepted meeting on the Blackberry and then Outlook displays the wrong invitee's name

My whole IT department has Blackberrys.  We forward all email received on the exchange server to the blackberry.  When a meeting invite is sent out, we can accept it from our Blackberry and that response is sent back to Exchange, where it appears in the meeting planner's outlook with an incorrect invitee's name--the same name for all the invitees.  
We've done a bunch of testing and troubleshooting, but we're at a loss for why the wrong name is displayed in Outlook.  It's always one of the invitees, but doesn't seem to be anything simple and logical as "the first person to respond gets their name on all the acceptances" or anything like that--but all the responses come from one of the actual invitees.
This happens on Outlook XP, 2003, or 2007 for both the person scheduling and the invitees.
