troubleshooting Question

At wits end with the "failed to open the default message store using the mapi profile" error

I am at an absolute loss as to how to resolve this "failed to open the default message store using the mapi profile" error every time I open up the BlackBerry Manager.  I installed the software on a SBS2003 box with Exchange 2003 SP2 installed, and the install went smoothly.  I created a user account named BESadmin who is a domain admin, added them as exchange view only, and added the send as, recieve as, and the third access right to that account.  I set up all blackberry services to run as that account.  Double checked that the MAPI settings pointed towards that account.  Still no dice.

Anyone have any ideas?
