I am having problems with one email account intermittantly not getting emails from people... How can I fix it?
I have one account that intermittantly does not get emails from about 2 or 3 specific people. I have not been able to nail down why or when to be able to fix it. They miss appointment secduleing and other important info when this happens. I have deleted his account in outlook and readded it, I have deleted his account on the server and readded it. Is there anything else to try?
Will try those... The machine is a laptop and is gone at the moment so I will work them tomorrow...

What does message tracking say?
If message tracking shows the messages were delivered to the mailbox then the problem is with the client.
Verify the content is being delivered first.

Ok, Thankyou so much for your solutions... sorry it has taken so long to get back but the laptop with the problem is so in and out that it takes a bit sometimes to have tiem to work the issue...So I tried the solutions provided but I couldn't get them to work... some wouldn't even run. So I had to set up a new pst file for his email and set his old one as an archive file. So far it seems to be working. I am figuring that the pst is where the issue was and that some where it had become corrupt or infected. The new pst seems to have fixed the intermittant issue so far... Thanks you for your help and I will definitley use this again....
Thanks for your help... Although the solution didn't actually fix the probelm, running your solutions showed me where it was and that the pst was corrupt and would fix. So I just created a new one and achived the old one for reference. It seems to be working... Thanks again.
