Clip Art for Office 2007

Hi there

At the school here I would like to Run Office 2007, With the clip art I want the students to access Office collections, I have set up a GP to disable Web Collections, And this works well, But my questions is there an add on pack of clip art I can download to import into Office 2007 Office collections for more variety. Does not seem to be much selection and with 100 Thin Clients going at once I do not want Web Collections running plus the internet can not be used during exam times.

Microsoft has released a website full of clipart, sounds and photos for use with Microsoft Office.  You can check it out at: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/default.aspx.

The students can not use the internet while exam time, i need to import a pack of some type into Office 2007, I do know about this site,  Thanks
Ah, I see.  There is a CD that you can get called the Microsoft Office 2001 Value Pack (for Macs) which comes with clipart, and there is also a CD called the Office XP Media Content CD which comes as a second disk with a purchased version of Office which has a lot of clipart and goodies on it.  You should also be able to buy third-party clipart packs on CD that can be imported into Office's clipart organizer.

You can also pre-download clipart from the Microsoft Clipart site and create your own offline collections so that access to the internet won't be needed.  For more information on that, go here:  http://www.pptworkbench.com/html/clip_art.htm

Would this still work with a Terminal Server/Thin Client set up? I can not edit everyones %APPDATA% folder as they logged on to that terminal server.
sure this should work. Cou create one custom calalog file and distribute it to all users
Ok how do I do that?
create one catalog file with any user you want, then copy the file to a network share and
copy the file into the appdata folder to replace the existing one!

See example script below!
dim objFSO, objShell, appdata
set objShell = CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
set objFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
appdata = objShell.ExpandEnvironmentStrings("%APPDATA%")

objFSO.CopyFile "\\server\share\mstoreXX.mgc", appdata &"\Microsoft\Clip Organizer\mstoreXX.mgc",true

does it work?

I tried your solution but the problem is:

If you pick any user and create a cataloque file it stores the path to the the actual Pictures also in the cataloque file. which is /my Profile/my documents/pictures/)

As soon as you distribute the generated cataloque File to other user this path still points to the original pictures -sources which ist (otheruserprofile/my documents/pictures/)

Which of course is not usable because you dont want to share another users Profiles/mydocuments

and you cant change the path...as far as I know.

now?
