I have a customer who is trying to access a secure web portal of ours. She keeps getting an error that we know is caused by a pop up blocker. We have walked her through the steps of excluding our url and even had them turn the pop up blocker off. The customer still gets the error.
I've asked for firewall/av information. I was told the computer has Norton 2007 installed.
I am not familiar with the product so my question is, does NAV 2007 have a pop up blocker or some other annoying utility that could block this window?
I'd like to pass any information on to the customer because we have provided all of the information that should have allowed the browser to display this window.
