What are the cause of Far End SEF/AIS errors on a Point to Point T1

What are the cause of Far End SEF/AIS errors on a Point to Point T1.  I have a Microwave T1 connection between two facilities and have two cisco routers terminating the connections.  I have a fluke t1 tester in line with the t1 and it shows these random far end errors.  Is there anything to look for as far as configuration errors on the routers?

Thanks,
