This helped me as well, thank you!! &nbsp;My problem was on a Win2k3 server. &nbsp;I installed OpenSLL on a desktop to get the files then copied just libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll to system32 on the server. &nbsp;Worked like a dream.

Everytime I boot up I receive a Popup.exe - Ordinal Not Found error with the following message:<br />

The ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32<br />
<br />
This is a new Dell computer that I just finished setting up. &nbsp;It has XP pro install on it. &nbsp;Does anyone have any ideas?<br />

This is a new Dell computer that I just finished setting up.  It has XP pro install on it.  Does anyone have any ideas?
