The ordinal 2821 could not be located

Everytime I boot up I receive a Popup.exe - Ordinal Not Found error with the following message:

The ordinal 2821 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32

This is a new Dell computer that I just finished setting up.  It has XP pro install on it.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Thank you!!!
Was having this problem with installing ESXi 4.1 update01.  From an XP box.
This helped me as well, thank you!!  My problem was on a Win2k3 server.  I installed OpenSLL on a desktop to get the files then copied just libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll to system32 on the server.  Worked like a dream.
Will this work on a 2008 R2 standard server?
