Server Performance Reports are not working after WSUS uninstalled.

I uninstalled WSUS on new W2K3R2 installation since it wasn't being used and it was consuming high CPU.  After uninstalling WSUS, the SBSMONITORING is failing to produce Server Performance Reports.  I get the following error (see my notes in parenthesis after following instructions):

=========================================
The page cannot be displayed
An error occurred on the page you are trying to view.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To work around this problem, perform the following steps. After each step, try again to access the page:

Ensure that the MSSQL$SBSMONITORING service is started. (started)
Ensure that the server is not low on memory or disk space.  (not low on disk space or memory)
Restart the server. (restarted same)
Verify that the server is functional and that there are no system-wide problems. (no other problems)
Run the Set Up Monitoring Reports and Alerts task in the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.  (ran again with the same report error)!!

Can this problem be resolved without reinstalling SBS 2003 R2?  I found one response with that recommendation, but that is really not an option at this point.  Below is the related eventlog entry:

Have you tried to re-run the setup? Under Server Management goto Monitoring and Reporting then click Setup Monitoring reports and alerts

Per my original comments on the issue:

Run the Set Up Monitoring Reports and Alerts task in the Server Management Monitoring and Reporting taskpad.  (ran again with the same report error)!!
Sorry, missed that!
