Out of Office Assistant - Changes to the Rule could not be saved.
Hi,
We currently have Exchange 2003 Enterprise running on Server 2003 Enterprise as our back end. The desktops run Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. When Users attempt to turn on Out of Office Assistant they receive an initial error "Your AutoReply message could not be displayed. The client operation failed." The user clicks ok to that, they are then presented with Out of Office Window where they can enter their message. The users then enter their message check the radio button "I am currently Out of the Office" and click OK, they are then presented with "Changes to the rule could not be saved."
If we untick "use Cached Exchange Mode" Out Of Office then works, but as soon as we re enable it errors again.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
KnightFrank
