Trying to remove MS Business Contact Manager - Fatal Error

Just upgraded MS Office from 2003 to 2007.  Noticed that Business Contact Manager 2003 was still in place.  Went to remove it in Add/Remove programs and received a "Fatal Error during installation" message - no other info... and not removed.

How do I remove it?

Not yet... but will and advise back.   Last time I had this issue it took a registry hack to get rid of it.  I prefer to avoid that approach if possible.
While working on the machine, I noticed that the automatic updates for .net ver 2 sp1 were failing.

I seemed to recall that BCM uses .net v2.  So I took the steps needed to repair .net ver2 and after that I was able to use Add/Remove programs to successfully uninstall BCM.
