Well you certainly dont like giving us too much to work with.
System Disk?
Data Disk?
Partition?
physical?
SBS Standard?
SBS Premium?
R1?
R2?

oh well, there are a million answers and most have merit. However for backing up a hard disk to enable restoring it to its previous state including partitions and the like i would recomed that you look at true acronis. Google it.

If you put some time and thought into the question, we will put some time and thought into the answer.
Cheers

I would suggest you read over my web page on backup first so you understand your options and needs better... there are built in tools, imaging tools, and third party tools... what you use and how you backup depends on your company's needs.

Don't forget to backup the "system state".
I've seen backup jobs where this important part is forgotten and only have backed up data of the disks.
Thanks for the points, What did you end up going for?
