Getting error while Installing Windows Server 2003 on Dell Power Edge 2650

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to deploy Windows 2003 Server on Dell Power Edge 2650 Server. I do not have the media CD. I have downloaded the ISO image from eopen software downloads and made a CD out of it. It looks like the contets of the CD is there (I can not see anything missing).
I start the deployment with Dell OpenManage CD and insert the OS CD I that I make. The 1st phase went ok, it copied the OS and everything when I restart it and when the set up begins it gives me "The file amdide.sys could not be found error" Any suggestions on how I can get away with it? (I can not purchase the Windows 2003 Media CD as it is no longer available, it is available only through eopen downloads).  Is there any certain way that I should burn the CD? I'm using Roxio Easy CD&DVD creator and when I right click on ISO and click on burn, it burns the CD without any problems. I have already downloaded it twice just incase there was something wrong while downloding the first time.
I think there is something wrong with the CD burning process because I also tried deploying the same OS on HP Proliant DL320 with the CD I made at that time and I got another error message (I don't have the errror message handy) but in the deployment tool that HP also offers using a flash drive. I ended up copying the 2003 files on a flash drive and it worked. Is there a way that i can use the same flash drive to deploy the OS on Dell?
Thanks.

SP 1 is intergrated with that install, is there anyway for you to download that install without it? That is what is causing your error, I think, but here is another suggestions:

There still be Windows 2003 cd available:

If you want to use flash drive during windows installation, you have to get in the bios and enable all USB boot. Also, set usb boot order before hard drive in boot priority.

OEM 2003 Cd would not work for this. I have an open license key. USB boot only works if I want to install without using the Dell server assistant CD which I prefer to use it but thanks for the suggestions.

Deat tboy6423,
I have read about Sp1 after I posted my question and there are many Dell users who has the same problem. I will try to install the bios upgrade and try it that way as it is suggested in the link you have provided. I will let you know.
Thanks.

yes, you need BIOS update for 2003 to be supported on pe2650. ( i believe from a12 onwards it supports not sure though)
anyways for file missing issues, why do not you try a slipstreaming latsest SP to ISO(which copies newer files to iso) & then burn a cd

Also in addition to my last comment it looks like the Dell Server Assistant CD is creating this problem.
We ran into a similar issue. We were doing a fresh install of server 2003 on a 2650 that had server 2000 on it. We ended up getting and installing the latest Dell Openmanage media (5.5). We then rebuilt the RAID config. We were then able to install Server 2003 on it.
